OOC: If you wish to join up with Eventide, you're welcome to post here after your character has been approved.
His trip through the mists had been harrowing.. but the guidance of the glowing stallion had led him through without much mishap. Of course, when Legend had faded back into the very mists he'd been guided through, the stallion began to wonder if he'd not been seeing things. Of course, that had been a fortnight ago - and in that time, he had taken the liberty of exploring these lands.. a place he was learning to call Vindeva. For now.. winter was upon the land.. and snow abundant as it covered nearly every inch of whatever his honey hued eyes could see.
The crisp air was what spurred the large stallion into action this morning, his feet lifting up a little higher than they had before. After having taken the time to explore the lands to the best of his ability, Chase had decided to claim a patch of land for himself.. and that patch of land existed in a dense forested area.. with access to a large open grassland... After having taken some time to relax.. to get to know the other equines of the island.. he wasted no more time in claiming the lands.
As the morning sun rose above the Flamewatch Spire to his east, he turned to watch it, marveling at the colors the spire gave off.. as if it were on fire from the rays of the star. His cloven hooves parted the grasses beneath his belly as he continued towards the heart of the lands he would claim for himself... As the sunlight touched the canopy of Wildemoore, the figure of a black and white unicorn was highlighted as he shifted his weight to his haunches and sliced the frigid air with cloven hooves. A shrill clarion call erupted in a breath of visible air, shattering the otherwise still silence of the lands.
The bugling war-cry was accompanied by a tossing of his head, sending the white and black mane flinging over his powerful neck. His feet slammed back into the snow covered ground even before the echo of his call of dominance had faded.. and like a bullet, the Lead Stallion shot off towards the open grasslands of his new home. Sunlight sparkling off the silverite horn spiraling from his forehead cut a rather dramatic image as the large equine charged through the chest high grasses.. parting them and flinging snow like some kind of sea. This was *HIS* land.. and he intended to prove it!
